We have a small company with only about 25 workstation computers.  We have one DNS Server running Server 2003, however it is really slow on boot up and actually crashes about once every 3 weeks.  First, any ideas how to get it to boot faster or prevent it from crashing.  Second, do we need a second DNS Server for our size company?
