VOIP with current Centrex system? Just a couple newbie questions.

I have a small office office with about 20 phones.  We are running on a Centrex system and the actual phone system is housed at the phone company.  We are using digital phones (Nortel Meridian M5316) and have been working with a large wireless provider on setting up a VOIP line to test out the service.  I have a question... does anyone make an adapter to work with digital lines like ours?  All I can seems to find are analog adapters and changing all the lines to analog is not an option since the phones will not work with the main line into it being analog.  My main goal here is to use the existing equipment and functionality.  Could someone please give me some direction here?  Thanks alot for anyones help!
