All of the above. &nbsp;Incidentally, when I add the Admin as a delegate of my calendar in the same fashion, she can view my calendar without any problems. &nbsp;I'm thinking it's some deep rooted permissions issue on the Presidents calendar, but I've drawn a blank as to where to look for this.

The President wants her calendar delegated to a new Admin.<br />

I added the Admin to the delegates list<br />
Set the permissions as Editor for Calendar, Tasks and Contacts.<br />
Logged onto the Admin's machine and added the Presidents calendar.<br />

I added the Admin to the delegates list
