NBX email Offsite Notification is failing

Over the last few days when a voice message is left instead of receiving the wav file my users receive the following message:
Unable to provide attachment. Probably the NBX subscribers mailbox was locked or there are multiple messages.

I've rebooted my NBX and this is the entire contents of the NBoss log file

Prior to and including R4_1_66 there was an issue that whenever a user had a saved voice mail in their mailbox offsite e-mail notification would not attach the wav file correctly unless e-mail offsite notification was in the first offsite notification entry.  This may be the case.

Could also be database corruption for the users VM box.

Could you provide more detail?  I don't see anything truly relevant in the NBoss Log.

Are they receiving the e-mail but not the attachment?  Is your mail server allowing all attachments?  Is the SMTP domian correct in system settings?  Is it forwarded messages or all messages?

Other things of not:  The entry in your NBoss 0217:152601 Router         E Routing algorithm failed for inDigits=97035472522 RouteId=1          Was your PRI down at this time?

May want to consider upgradin anyway as there are a lot of new features available.  The current release is R5_0_10

This is occuring for everyone and not a single user.

All the users receive the failure notification. They aren't having any other email issues.

The smtp setting is set to arlgroup.com which is our domain.

The system had been working fine for at least 8 months and I believe it's actually been a few years.

I don't know what a PRI is but I have not been made aware of any other issues with our phone system other than the voicemail forwarding.

Thanks for your help,
Hugh
Added some logging with the help of a 3com tech and this is what showed up in the event log

I ended up getting support from 3com. The issues was that there where more than 4095 files in the tmp directory. Apparently this is a known issue with various 4.x releases that was fixed in 4.3.11 . Why they don't have this information in the online knowledge base is beyond me.

I will award the points to jfrady for taking the time out to help me.

Thanks,
Hugh
Thanks Hugh!  Now that you mention it I vaguely remember this issue.  Sorry I wasn't more help but glad you got it resolved!
