How to setup aliases in the startup file elegantly?
I noticed that in my defalut .bashrc there is a few line goes:

# You may want to put all your additions into a separate file like
# ~/.bash_aliases, instead of adding them here directly.
# See /usr/share/doc/bash-doc/examples in the bash-doc package.

#if [ -f ~/.bash_aliases ]; then
#    . ~/.bash_aliases

However, I can't find /usr/share/doc/bash-doc/examples.

P.S. does ~/ means the currnt user's directory?
P.P.S. What is the difference between .bashrc and .bash_profile?
