I am setting up a sonic wall on a home network that will have kids and parents as users.<br />
I ordered the protection plan which comes with virus and spyware filters.<br />

I want the kids blocked for porn, etc.<br />
I want the parents to get the benefit of the the virus and spyware filter, but have unlimited access.<br />
<br />
I know that I can control access via IP or MAC address, however, that's not my preferred solution.<br />
IP based control alone won't work because I have two different WAPs that assign IP addresses via DHCP.<br />
MAC address could work if I take the time to enter the wireless and hardwire address of the parent systems.<br />
<br />
I want to avoid forcing the parents to enter a password to get access to sites.<br />
<br />
Am I missing something here, or is MAC address control the solution?
