do you still have access to windows ?

if so you could take a look at the installation logs, setuplog.txt, setupact.log and setuperr.log in the windows folder. If you can't get into windows any more you still may be able to read these logs with a boot disc if you are using fat32

No, its NTSC and it always goes to the setup
and when it starts goes to the setup, I hear the cd spinning and being read. then it stops
remove everything that is not necesaary to run the computer ie usb devices, extra ram modules and just try with literally, 1 hh, cd rom, cpur, 1 ram, motherboard, keyboard and mouse. make sure the cpu is not over clocked or anything liek that

Also, the discs that you are using are they proper discs or copies and if they are copies are they from the same
source. (also, unlikely, but just make sure virus checking is disabled in the bios)
also, is anything listed in this knowledge base article relevant to you

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315323/
they are purchased pro cds. Ill try unplugging everything
Tryed it after i unplugged everything no luck.
The article might be for me, but im not sure. I did have Norton installed.
