By change the number, I guess you mean to change the IRQ address, well I don't know how to do it. If can give me some advice to do it, I would really appreciate it.<br />

But since the mb replacement the modem stoped working.<br />

&nbsp; If we display My PC/properties/hardware/dev<wbr />ices admin/ we can see the modem with a ? sign in it, and in the modem properties there is a warning message: Code 12: No resources available.<br />
<br />
We already reinstalled the modem driver.<br />

                       A friend of mine had her pc crashed, he took it to a repair shop where they replaced the motherboard for a DFI 661FX-MLV motherboard, he already had a Motorola sm56 pci speakerphone card. But since the mb replacement the modem stoped working.

  If we display My PC/properties/hardware/devices admin/ we can see the modem with a ? sign in it, and in the modem properties there is a warning message: Code 12: No resources available.

We already reinstalled the modem driver.
