I have about 8,000 Blackberrys on my 4.0 BES and a few hundred of those are employees' private blackberry's. &nbsp;As long as they provide you with the SIM infromation and run enterprise activation, you are golden....<br />

we are running 3.6 &nbsp; for several users no issues as such, but i have several users wanting to know if they buy there own blackberrys with a contract of there own will they work with our server?<br />

we got all our blackberries and bes set up by vodaphone ages ago and im not entiery sure if they would work or not.<br />
