Copying email from Outlook 2003 SP1 to Hard Drive or Network Share "Not enough Storage to process this command"

After upgrading our users to MS Office 2003 SP1, a user receives the following message when trying to drag an email to her desktop or Network shared drive location.

"not enough storage is available to process this command"

If the user logs off and logs on again they have about 15 minutes where they are able to drag and drop email to any location before the messages resurfaces.

We can save the email using "Save as" to any location.  This seems to be permissions related, because I have admin rights on my machine also with MS Office 2003, SP1 and am able to drag email to any location.

Thank you.

Upgrading to Office 2003 Service Pack 2 is all you need to do. This resolves the problem. Had this on 4 computers now and all of them are working after loading Office 2003 SP2.
JohanHe, I already posted about updating Office 2003.

I'm just confirming that SP2 is the definite solution as it worked on 4 machines that I had with the same problem.
