Hi Experts...

I have a tricky question... well I think it is tricky anyway.

I am creating a mini client management tool for my own use and am having a little trouble with a small part of it.

I am retreiving all client details from my clients table in an SQL database which has a column called 'ManagedBy'.
I have in a second table listing Administrators using IDs, FullName, etc.
What I am trying to achieve is minimal data duplication so in the clients table I insert the ID of the administrator into the ManagedBy column.

Now... I am using CFGRID to view all clients (basic contact info).
In CFGRID for the ManagedBy column from the clients table it shows the value of 1 or 2, etc... whatever the ID is of the Administrator who owns this client.

How do I get the grid to display the administrators FullName from the administrators table?

Here is some of my code.... I have tried various different methods so I have copied my basic working code where which gets the values only from the clients table.

<cfform name="ClientsGrid" action="functions/CRM_AddUpdateClientDetails.cfm" enctype="multipart/form-data" format="flash" skin="halogreen" width="950" height="450">
      <cfformgroup type="tabnavigator" visible="yes" enabled="yes">

            <cfformgroup type="page" label="Active Client List" visible="yes" enabled="yes">
                  <cfgrid name="grid" query="qGetClientList" selectmode="single" height="300" width="900" rowheaders="false">
                        <cfgridcolumn name="ID" header="Customer ID" width="80">
                        <cfgridcolumn name="CompanyBusinessName" width="150" header="Company/Business Name">
                        <cfgridcolumn name="Firstname" width="90" header="First Name">
                        <cfgridcolumn name="Surname" width="90" header="Surname">
                        <cfgridcolumn name="EmailAddress" width="200" header="Email Address">
                        <cfgridcolumn name="ManagedBy" header="Managed By">
                        <cfgridcolumn name="LastActive" header="Last Active">
