Linking 2 Excel Spreadsheets

I have two employees that fill out the same spreadsheet.  All fields are the same.  I want one report to pull from both spreadsheets and no decipher between the two.

How would I insert a field that lists all customers, regardless of which spreadsheet it is from?

Columns are identical...anyway to maybe merge the spreadsheets within crystal?  Basically I want to insert 1 field into my report that = TableA_cust PLUS TableV_cust.  No dedupping.
