Project Server 2003 Failed: Error 25624. Failed to execute SQL string...

Hello,

I installed SharePoint 2.0 with WMSDE installed (in Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition). Everything works fine. However, when I tried to install Project Server 2003, I got the following error:

"Error 25624. Failed to execute SQL string. (-2147217900 CREATE TABLE dbo.MSP_ASSN_ENTERRISE
(
RESERVED_DATA char(1) NULL,
PROJ_id int NULL,
......
)

I have looked ath the link (https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21709219/Install-of-MS-Project-Server-2003-fails.html). However, whe I reach to a line

"setupdb.cmd localhost ProjectServer password"

I got

[Shared Memory]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
[Shared Memory]ConnectionOpen ,Connect<>>.

Can anyone please help?

I am sorry, after line

"[Shared Memory]ConnectionOpen <Connect<>>."

it has

"Error encountered while running PSROLES.SQL!
Press any key to continue ..."

MSDE have limited no of User session - and it's probably reason why you weren't able install MS Project.
