Windows SBS 2003 licensing question

The licensing requirements for SBS are a server license and a license for each client.  Does Windows SBS automatically come with a 'server license'.  I would assume so, but thought I would ask anyway.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes it does, and also with 5 client access licenses.

Do the 5 client licenses have to be renewed every year, or are they permanent?
i believe they are permanent.

the following link well give you a general idea of what the pricing per cal is.

SBS STANDARD "base" license is for the server (all components) and five User or Device CAL's.  (interchangable)  Additional CALs must be designated either User or Device.

SBS PREMIUM includes the same as above as well as licensing for SQL and ISA server.

All licenses are perpetual.
