Changing Link Fonts From Pre-established Settings

Hello,

How can I change the link font on my website by using JavaScript? Below is the code, I am trying to change the color from white to a specific color of hue only I can't find the coding that alters the links. Is there a way I can do this through Dreamweaver, without altering the code directly? The site was initially set up by a friend, so I don't know what he did with the link fonts. If you could either tell me where I need to make the changes or please provide me with the code I need I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!
