TStringlist load in CSV (escape char?)

Hey there,

I am using the TStringlist to load in a CSV file

it works perfect with this
"bob", "city", "town"
"sam", "city2", "town2"

but wit this I get an error
"bob", "cit"y", "town"
"sam", "city2", "town"s"

what happens is I need to escape the " key ->  "cit"y",
how can I do that?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
