Norton Ghost Won't Clone: "Couldn't Contact Ghost Start Agent"

I'm running Norton Ghost 2003 on Windows XP.  The application launches, but when I click "Advanced -> Clone", I see the error message in a small popup dialog box: "Couldn't Contact Ghost Start Agent".  The application actually seems to run up to where I can select drive 1 and drive 2 and it displays the hard drive serial numbers.

I've checked "Computer Management -> Services" and can't remember which service is required to run Ghost.  I'm guessing the correct service is simply not started.  On the other hand, I don't see anything that says Semantec, Norton, or Ghost in the list.  Can someone remind me what service to look for?  or other ideas?  Thanks.

I did not see any Norton or Semantec services running.  I uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed.  Ghost is now working properly.
