I couldnt find this on Google because the motherboard is so old.  I read that this motherboard can accept:

1.Support AMD Duron 600MHz ~ 850 MHz or future Socket A Processors based on 200 MHz
2.Support AMD Athlon 700MHz ~ 1.2GHz or future Socket A Processors based on 200 MHz

So Im asking whats the fastest AMD Athlon processor I can stick in this thing?  Someone told me I could put a semperon in here but I dont think so.  Please let me know because I want to upgrade my sisters computer.  Thanks

You probably could (although I don't know for sure), but the FSB is higher than the board can manage, so you'd have to take the actual FSB times the CPU multiplier to see what speed you'll get. There are overclocking tricks to change the multiplier on the cpu. Here's a link: http://www.ocinside.de/go_e.html?/html/workshop/amd_socketa_overclock.html
