Some messages appear in Outlook with an orange diamond icon that has a right and left arrow pointing at each other inside

What is this?  It appears that the messages may have been duplicated somehow and perhaps that is why this icon is placed beside them but I am not sure.  Does anyone know how to correct the corresponding issue?

How do I do that?  I tried to paste the picture in but no luck

Do you know how to use FTP?
Yes, but don't have one available to me
Do you have internet explorer?  You can use that to upload.

Go to ftp://ftp.xdegrees.com.au

Click File > Login As

Username: expert

Then drag and drop the image file into this window.  When this is finished, let me know and I'll take a look.

Dave
Sorry, username should be:

expert@xdegrees.com.au
It is there for you.  Thx
I have never seen these before!  Do you have any syncing software installed or it could be something to do with Anti-Virus.

I will post the URL to the screenshot here, so that others can offer assistance!

Thanks Dave for your assistance and for temporarily posting the screenshot.
This user is the only one that I know of in the enterprise to have this icon.  He is a blackberry user but that just pulls directly from the exchange store and shouldn't involve outlook.  I am the BES admin and a blackberry user and do not have this icon.  He has no other hardware or software that would synch

We did have our exchange drive array fail 2/6/2006 and I had to restore the information stores from backup.  The incidents of this icon date from 2/22/06 to 3/7/06
I am not sure if the restore and this coincide

Thanks guys.  That makes sense.  I talked to the user about working on both bb emails and outlook emails simultaneously.  Much regards.
