We have an in house application that allows our agents to create proposals to email to clients in a pdf format. I have a user that has a 98SE OS and when he uses this program to create the pdf he gets an error that says &quot;Font has not been set&quot;. I reinstalled the application as well as Adobe Reader 6.0 and 5.0 and I get the same error. The pdf is white. The program uses true type fonts to create those pdfs. Upon further discussion this might be an issue with his font folder in Windows? Any help would be appreciated on this. Thank you.

A font is a particular size, weight and style of a typeface. Each font is a matched set of type, one piece (called a "sort") for each glyph, and a typeface consists of a range of fonts that share an overall design. With the advent of digital typography, font is frequently synonymous with typeface, although the two terms do not necessarily mean the same thing. In particular, the use of "vector" or "outline" fonts means that different sizes of a typeface can be dynamically generated from one design. Fonts Typography

Software is any set of instructions that directs a computer to perform specific tasks or operations. Computer software consists of programs, libraries and related non-executable data (such as documentation). Computer software is non-tangible, contrasted with computer hardware, which is the physical component of computers. Software written in a machine language is known as "machine code".
