Create reports in ASP.Net 2.0 with VWD 2005 Express Edition

I would like to know how to create a PDF of a report with ASP.net.  Is there any sample code or tutorials for doing this.

Actually if I just knew how to reference the CR assemblies I might be able to figure it out from there.

I'm using Crystal Reports 9.0 and Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Unfortunately those only work for Visual Studio 2002+.

I tried upgrading the samples with VWD and I got a bunch of errors.  It couldn't find a bunch of DLLs (references) CrystalDecisions.*.dll.

If there isn't a .Net namespace/reference to CR I could use a COM+.  Is there such a thing for CR 9.0?

I am not familiar with VWD.  Who makes it?

Which edition of CR9 do you have?  You need DEVELOPER or ADVANCED DEVELOPER

VWD = Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition.  It is made by Microsoft and it is free.

mlmcc,
Those are for ASP.

I'm using CR 9.0 Advanced.
mlmccCommented:
I suspect the Express Edition cannot do what you want.  I know the VS Express edition cannot.

mlmcc,
Unfortunately I think you may be right.

M$ in its infinite wisdom (other companies also) provide downloadable versions of their software but limit the functionality.  The idea is to get you hooked on some of the features or ease of use then require that you buy an upgrade or advanced version to get the full set of features or the really useful stuff.
