Hi to all

I need to make a text scroller for a site.  I have tried a flash program that creates this very nicely - then I see one that uses javascript (a lot of it) and yet another using java appelet.    I'm not sure what it my best bet in terms of acceptance for most people's browser -

any thoughts?
