Problem in using PowerBuilder with Oracle ODBC Driver

Hi,

I am connecting oracle 10g from PowerBuilder 8 through ODBC driver.

While creating DSN for oracle 10g user name ‘SYSMAN’ is used.

When I connect oracle 10g from PowerBuilder 8 database painter then all the table names are displayed with username e.g. SYSNAM.employee

When I create DataWindow from any of the table then username is displayed with table name in DataWindow select statement.

How to avoid the user name, while creating DataWindow?

If I remove username from select statement of DataWindow then at the time of giving table name for update properties, it says that particular table is not found.

This problem is not found when I am using native driver of oracle provided by PowerBuilder, as no username name is displayed before table names. Even I connected with same user ‘SYSMAN’.

Can anyone guide me how to solve this problem of ODBC driver.

Regards,
Kalpesh
