Comparing Tables of two databases in MS SqL server

I have two different databases on same   MS SQL Server 2000 machine how can i compare the tables and fields on these tables. Kindly suggest me if there is a software to compare the tables as well as the fields of the database.

If you prefer to do it by your seft try to script the tables and compare the script with some text-file compare software which you can find a lot free.
