Supressing row totals in cross tab report

Hi,
I am using crystal reports 8.

I have a table named Invoice

Invoice_Category
Invocie_Date
Invoice_Amount

I am desiging a cross-tab report to compare the sales amount of different years based on each month, for each category. So i have a formula field Inv_year which is Year(invoice_date) & Inv_Month which is Month(invoice_date)

I have managed to build the report and it looks like this

                                        1          2        3           4          5          6            7        8
                                     -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Catagory A      2004        500       750     350   ............
                      2005        850      900      460  ..............
                     ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                     Total      1350       1650     810  ................
 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Catagory B      2004        500       750     350   ............
                      2005        850      900      460  ..............
                     ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                     Total      1350       1650     810  ................
 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have managed to suppress the grand totals, what i need is to suppress also the totals which are actually irrelavant to this report. Is there any option so that i can either remove or suppress the row totals.

Thanks,
Allen.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

- rightclick on the crosstab -> 'format crosstab'
- goto tab 'customize style'
- select your_table.category_field in the listbox 'rows'
- tick 'suppress subtotal'
