How to block Netsky Virus - Cisco 2600 Router

Hi all,

I am using Cisco 2600 series router for our Email / Internet server. Please let me know how to block the Netsky virus entering (via email) to my network.

An early is highly appreciated.

This is the most upto date info on the virus (what ports it uses and apps to watch for).  It relates directly to ISA although if you are going to be blocking ports on a router the list provided here tells you what it uses.

I would consider not blocking port 25 into your email server if you don't have a relay email server already setup.

It can change ports any time, making it more difficult to track down.
Consider using updates for your machines, or some firewalls on the
clients machines (even Windows Firewall, if using Windows)

Also, it will make your life a little bit easier to get a HijackThis from:
http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip
and to scan machines once in a while, cleaning up unnecessary things..
this way you don't remove files, just links that allow them to be started
at some point in time..
