I am running SBS 2003.  I want to have everyone using the same contact list.  I don't really care about sharing each others contacts but just want everyone to be using the same common contact list.  I am not really sure how to do this?

    Greetings, waytron.

Create a public folder and set it to store contacts.  Assign permissions as needed to control who can make changes to the contents of the folder.  Open the folder's properties and check the box to have it show up as an address book.

Thanks for your reply, I am going to try this today and get back to you.  Question?  What is the best way to move or copy the contents of my current contacts to this new folder?

Drag and drop is what I'd recommend.
