Releasing a mail after it has been blocked by Symantec mail security

I need to release a mail that has blocked by symantec security mail ...Im using exchange 2003

    Go to Symantec Security Mail - We need to find out the particular mail which needs to be released. Right click and it will show "Mail to", choose the option and type the name of the user for which mail was originally meant for.

    Ive been looking but i just can't see any mails the mail im looking for has a code syq9e4acca3

    Ok i have it sorted now ...i went to the quarintine and and accessed the mail and released by mail
