going from sbs 2000 to sever 2003 w/terminal server

We are going from a single server running ms sbs 2000 w/sql to two servers w/ ms server 2003.  I have 50 or so users half of which are remote and will be connecting via vpn client.  I need to learn about terminal server.  What is a good resource to get hands on and theory?
