Blackberry\Outlook Synch question

I'm trying to figure a way to synch a folder on the handheld with a folder in Outlook as the MemoPad/Notes folders do. So that changes made to the email in Outlook will show on the handheld and vice versa. Originally I was trying to figure a way to have this happen with the Drafts folder in Outlook. After speaking with RIM I know folder redirection will not do this. So, I'm trying to find a way around this and have yet to find a solution. We are running Exchange 5.5 with a BES ver 4. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are some synch program that work locally - not wirelessly
These may do the trick.

ALso check the Intellisynch options in the BB desktop program

I hope this helps !
