from Tools/Internet Options while running IE, or from Control Panel/Internet Options, go to Content tab, click AutoComplete, uncheck User names and passwords on forms, and then press the two buttons to clear existing usernames and passwords by the way.

Or use an alternate browser (Opera or Firefox, for example) that use a master password to encrypted the saved passwords.
