Sony Vaio VGN-T350P

I'm wanting to upgrade my hard drive in this vaio laptop. I tried searching for documentation on this laptop to swap out the hard drive, unfortunately not coming up with anything. I attempted taking it apart myself and got scared (haha) Anyway, I tried talking to Sony and they want me to bring it to one of there repair shops so they can install it themselves (of course wanting money to do so).  I work in the IT field and I normally don't have issues with hardware, except this sony vaio is so compact......Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
