The VB form is minimized

From a VB program I do the following:

result = Shell("\\server\Projec\Screen.exe")

this runs the 'Screen.exe' but it is not maximized on the screen. It is only on the task bar until I click it and maximize it. Is there any way to have it maximized when we call it?
