I am getting this error when trying to install Microsoft Outlook 2002. I am running a brand new, just out of the box T6216 E-Machines computer from Best Buy. Windows XP Home SP2.

Thanks for any help!

    Greetings, Mcthings.

The file may be damaged.  I'd start off by running Detect and Repair.  If that doesn't solve the problem, I'd rename the file to something like mspst32..dll.damaged, then copy the same file from CD to the folder on the hard drive.
