Group Policy not being applied in IE6 when using Isolation Environment

Hi All, Heres the issue:  Presentation Server 4.0, Windows 2003 Server Standard.  We have the citrix server in its own Active Directory OU and applying group policy to Internet Explorer 6 to this OU.  If we assosciate the IE published application with an Isolation Environment (to do a file redirect), then the group policies are not applied to the interent explorer session.  Now, for IE published applications that do not use an isolation environment then they get the group policy applied to them.  What do we need to do to get group policy to work with an isolation environment that is applied to internet explorer?  Thanks in advance!!!

This has to do with the Loopback Policy Processing I believe.  In fact if you've set up GPO's before that only affect users when they log onto a particular terminal server you should have had to do this before.  I don't have much experience with Isolation Environments but my understanding is that its basically its own server.  Have you checked if you can enable the Loopback Policy for the Isolation Environment?

Here's a thread that discusses how to enable it normally for a Terminal Server:  http://support.citrix.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=54815&fromSearchPage=true혟
