Menu Check Marks?

I've seen menus in other software that allow a person to click what appears to be an ordinary menu item, however it actually allows a user to set something. Then a black checkmark will appear next to the name in the menuitem clicked.

Q. Anyone know how to do this???

Simple, MenuItem objects have a "Checked" property. Set it to true or false to toggle the checkmark.

In the design view of the form, you can select the item you want to be checkable and view the properties. Set "CheckOnClick" to be true.
