I have a user that has customized a certain folder under their inbox with certain fields selected for that folder. They wish to replicate or copy this particular selection of fields to all of their remaining folders (100's) under their inbox. Is there a way to accomplish this.

Check which view is used by these folders by default. You can then change this specific view and see if this also changes for the other folders. I think this will be the only way because creating a new view will mean that you need to apply this view to all of the folders. I don't know of an easy way to do this.
