WYSIWYG Editor with copy/page image support from Word

Are there any Microsoft-Word style editors available for purchase (like the one offered by telerik) that have the ability to paste images directly from Microsoft Word.  The editor should be able to handle the upload of the pasted images to a specified folder on the file system.

We are looking for something to be able to take an entire Word document and basically create a web-version of it, saved in a database and be fully searchable.  However, we have yet to find an editor control that will handle the automatic upload of the images within Word to the web.

TIA.

An alternative solution might be to integrate word directly in the ASP.NET application.  Any *great* examples of this I'll have no problem giving full credit to.

Nauman,

Again, I'm looking for an editor that will allow the copy and paste images directly from Microsoft Word. This does not do that.

Robin, Why you want to copy and paste images from word? I do not think that there is any DHTML editor available that allows you to do such operations from Word.

That's what I'm asking.  So, you don't believe there are any?  I don't care if its a DHTML, ActiveX or any other type of web-based apps.  I just need something that I can copy and paste text and images into the editor window.
