Print Calendar to a document - How do I enable this print option for custom database calendar view?

When you choose to print using Lotus Note 6, from a calendar, you can choose to print the calendar to a document.

I have a custom calendar view in a custom notes database I've built but when I print from the calendar view, the option for printing to a document is not available.  How do I make it available?

Marilyng,

Ok, That did the trick but the calendar is for the current user and the calendar is blank.  How do I make it print for all calendar entries, reguardless of author?

dorbraxton,
The forms that you copied were from a standard mail database, so remove the readers fields:  onlyme is one, selectedName and the title on the Month form, all on the week form.  Then you need to figure out if the stuff populates from one calendar to the others by checking the values in the hidden fields and making sure you have the same hidden fields on your "created" appointment forms.

To complete this question, here are the names of the three forms:

(DayCalendarPrint)
(MonthCalendarPrint)
(WeekCalendarPrint)

Marilyng,  Thank You!
