Migrate email from one computer to another
Hi
I have around 8 email addresses operating on my work machine just fine, and I have another work machine which operates 2 email addresses, both have large amounts of emails stored in folders.
I would like to export the emails and folders etc from one work computer and import them into my second work computer (laptop) so I would effectively only have one machine to handle all emails on.
Is there a way to export as a Personal Folders thing, but rename it to Personal Folders - Work and then import as is into my laptop?
Thanks

Emails and contacts are stored in PST file. You can copy the PST file from one computer to another.
Or you can export the emails to a file, copy the file to the new computer, and then import that file.
Best wishes!
