htacess and godaddy
I am having our website, bgchemical.com, hosted on godaddy. I also have one other person that needs to be able to add and delete files to the virtual server. I have my own credentials and thought that I could go to godaddy's c panel and just add another user. Well no dice and after talking to the tech support guy he said that I needed to access the htaccess and do it from there. He could not provide any more assistance than that.
I am new to this htaccess thing and am trying to understand how to accomplish this goal to add another account to be able to allow a user to upload and delete files as needed. Can someone help me out here. I know I sould like a jackass (probably am), but I am just new to this not an idiot.

I dont think that you can do it using htaccess. As far as I know, it is not possible unless godaddy provides some functionality for that. Try asking godaddy support for another username and password. I dont think that it is possible using htaccess.
