Is there a local account by the same name? &nbsp;Check the logon server the user is using and reset the password there. &nbsp;See if that solves the problem. &nbsp;Do you have multiple servers? &nbsp;Maybe an issue with replication.

I have a reset a users' password on the server, they log in fine but lose all network access i.e. they use new log in and cannot get on any network drives or Proxy.<br />
