In Exchange 2003, open System Manager > Administrative Groups > Servers > Queues

Click the Disable Outbound emails.

On the view pane where the Name Column is, open each item > click find now and the messages will appear > look for the marketing emailand delete it by right clicking each mail item.

You will be able to select the marketing emails by the subject or size and leave the other emails to go through.

Once done, click Enable Outbound Emails.

Hope this helps,
