Setting the Postfix HELO name

Currently when I HELO my server it reports back 'localhost.localdomain'. Due to anti-spam companies not liking this, I need to change it to my FQDN within postfix.

How do I do this?

into the main.cf
smtp_helo_name = $mydomain
or whatever You want
