swedish character set problem

I am running a Windows Server 2003 system with Netserver running which includes, apache, MySQL and PHP.

I have a few sites running on it with no issues apart from a single blog. The blog is all in Swedish and seems to have a problem with the encoding.

If you take a look at it you will see what I mean.

    Thats a problem from within your script, you're using in your source code
