Send/Receive is importing too many of my old e-mails from pop accounts, does anyone know how to limit it to just the most current or "todays" e-mails and stop importing the last 5,000 or so old e-mails?  Help!

If you delete and/or remove the messages from the Inbox of the POP3 server it would stop them.

Is it downloading everything every time?  If you set up POP3 on a new computer it's going to download everything in the inbox by default.  To change that it would have to be changed at the server level.
