Notes 6.5.5 Client Problem

Experts,  

I have a simple question,  I have fixed this problem myself before but just cant remember how to do it.  

A user of mine is having the following problem,  when he forwards a mail in his inbox, it deletes out of his inbox when the mail is forwarded??

Any ideas..

check the view all/view unread button on the client.

It may just be marking it as read and removing it from the view.

check the Location doc... It should point to his correct db path....

I have checked the location doc and all is fine,  I have made sure the all/view unread button is set to view all,  Still stumped on this one..

I would try making another replica of this database and see if the new replica experiences the same issue. It sounds like maybe some of the view indexes are corrupt.
