Manage Distribution Groups

this Windows Server OS

I would like to know how to give permissions in AD to users so that they can add and remove users to the distribution groups.

Thanks

I guess in securit tab, I shoud give users :
Read
Write
Add/Remove Self as a member
Read Phone and Mail Options
Write Phone and Mail Options.

u could use that approach...take a auser give him or her those permissions then log in as that user and see what u can and cant do....since the user has the allow write permission then i am sure user can do as he or she pleases with the GROUP...just try it....and if u are comfortable  then do it.....
but if u want user to just add and remove memebers then that is the wrong approach....
