SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services. Parameter Dropdown dependent of another parameter drop down.

I am working w/ SQL Server 2005 reporting services. I can add parameters to my report and put values in two drop downs. One drop down has all the depts and the other drop down has all the employees. I want the employee drop down to depend on the dept drop down. So if the select Accounting in the dept drop down then only employees from the Accounting Dept show up in the employee dept.

In code I would create a relationship, but I don't see how to do that in SQL 2005 Reporting Services.
