I turned off DLC/LLC and SNMP, and the ARPs died down. I decided to go ahead and upgrade the firmware on the <br />
Jetdirect card (had to enable SNMP for that), and since then the ARPs have returned to normal. I will keep my eye <br />
on it for one more day and if it does not occur again I will consider this case solved and closed.

I periodically put a sniffer on my LAN and just yesterday noticed a lot of ARP broadcasts coming from an HP4600n laserjet. They are much more frequent than usual. I have rebooted the printer, but no change in ARP behavior. The printer has an<br />
